“Joe was incredible: so friendly, helpful, responsive and made every effort to make sure all was OK and we were happy. The ultralight wheelchairs were excellent. Being able to have this excellent service and the high quality chairs had a major impact on making our visit to NOLA a big success and allowing my elderly parents to fully enjoy travelling. A special thanks to Joe for making the extra effort to bring us a replacement chair because the brand new chair we had ride beautifully but literally had a squeaky wheel, haha!
