“Received great service from the customer service assistor when I made changes to my original order. Changes were made without any problems. Scooter was at hotel when I arrived. Had a problem with scooter not working one evening; called Cloud of Goods for assistance; assistor gave me directions on how to reset the scooter, which I did. Scooter then worked okay. Had another day when scooter didn't work; this time I knew about resetting it; scooter worked just fine once I reset it again. I would use Cloud of Goods for a future rental. Thank you! ”
