“Wow! What a wonderful idea experience. I made several changes to my reservations prior to my trip and they were handled so easily and graciously by the agent. When we arrived, Don, was there waiting for us. What a wonderful man! So concerned about our satisfaction with the item and also showed genuine concern for us, two old ladies who were on their first adventure together. Don showed his true spirit of Aloha and Ohana! We will always be glad we found him and Cloud of Goods! ”
