“Amazed is an understatement. From the initial contact to dropping off the scooter my expectations were definitely exceeded. Helen in Galveston Texas is an amazing woman and her customer service simply amazing. This was Muy first time renting a scooter for a two week cruise. To be honest I was not thinking the experience would be good. Boy was I surprised. The scooter fit me perfectly, I was able to get anywhere onboard, and embarkation and debarkaction were a breeze. While the whole experience was top notch Helen was the icing on the cake. Her communication left little doubt that she truly cares about her customers but she provides the best equipment and best service. I wish all companies had Helen as they would certainly be sucessful.”
