“We've rented from Cloud of Goods before without incident. This time the only difference was there was no communication with me about drop off (dropped of 4 hours early) and pick up (didn't communicate with me they were closed on Sunday and wouldn't pick it up until Monday). The hotel informed me of that. The hotel itself is smaller and didn't have a good spot to house the ECV so it was in the way until we check in. There also was a issue with the battery, it didn't last as long as stated. We did have excellent service from the person we spoke to. She brought a new set of batteries with charging cable to the hotel for us. While the batteries did not last longer than 4 hours, we were able to charge them in the park and it didn't affect our day to much. The ECV itself was wonderful. Very clean, sturdy and a smooth ride. It definitely made our trip a success. While we had a few hiccups, we will definitely rent from here again. ”
