“The Thrive Mobility staff person was very professional. She phoned me when she was running a little late and gave me an updated arrival time. Also, she apologized when she accidentally brushed the wall with the equipment; there was no damage to the wall. She assembled the item so that it was in useable form and showed me all the parts that had been delivered. She did a very good job overall.”
