“Enjoyed meeting our delivery technician Jose R. He was very courteous, and helpful, offering excellent customer service and patience. I tried to modify our reservation through the app and website but that was not successful. It was very complicated and the response after sending a question was not helpful but dealing with Jose made us ignore the fact that Cloud of Good the website was not easy to navigate.”
