“On the day of delivery, the driver arrived to our hotel several hours earlier than the requested time. We had requested the delivery on the day we were flying into Los Angeles. Thus, we were still in the air when he first tried to deliver the wheelchair. He did return to the hotel at the later time and that worked out. However, that then caused me angst about what time the driver would pick up the wheelchair and weather the driver might once again come early.”
