“We really appreciated how easy the process was and interaction with the sale person with text was very convenient. The only issue we had was the chair did not seem to be well maintained. The main nuts holding the wheels on were extremely loose and one actually fell off while loading it in our vehicle. We replaced the nut but the other side was barely hand tight. As the main support for the chair these nuts seem extremely important and should be checked before and after every rental. ”
