“The service was excellent and seamless which was important. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because the covers that were placed on the seats to keep the seats clean kept shifting and were a pain to deal with. Also, after using this stroller, I have come to find out that I am not a fan of the Joovy double stroller. I feel like it’s not as sturdy as some of the others I have used. The shade kept popping off one side and it wasn’t very easy to fold. ”
