Perfect experience! My 89 year old mother was recovering from back surgery and needed a Walker while we were in NYC. Cloud of Goods delivered to our hotel BEFORE we arrived so the Walker was waiting for us! And they picked it up AFTER we departed. Amazing folks, easy rental/return, fair pricing. If needed we will use their services again! Thank you all so much!!

The walker was there upon our arrival and it was convenient to leave it with the front desk on check out. Everything went very smoothly.
