Kim was excellent! Met her at the Hotel. Very genuine, kind, and great personality. She provided us constant updates before our trip, where taxi should drop us off and how to retrieve our walkers. I would definitely recommend her service to everyone! THANK YOU KIM!

The rollator provided assurance of balance when navigating "long" distances as well as uneven surfaces. Was it ever beneficial to have at the Balloon Festival where I could walk across the grassy areas to a premium location being able to watch the balloons inflate, fly over my head and return right in front of me.
