The shower chair and walker were extremely helpful to my mom and gave her more security and confidence. Also the communication and customer service was greatly appreciated. Definitely a 5 out of 5 experience. Yes you can use my feedback where needed.

Kim was excellent! Met her at the Hotel. Very genuine, kind, and great personality. She provided us constant updates before our trip, where taxi should drop us off and how to retrieve our walkers. I would definitely recommend her service to everyone! THANK YOU KIM!
