So even though there was a bunch of confusion as I did not know that there was two different vendors because I had ordered two different scooters from the same cloud of good website. I never knew who I was dealing with at any given time so far all has turned out, except for I believe I gave charger to the wrong vendor and hopefully I can move out.

The staff was so accommodating and kind. They reached out by text and phone to make sure delivery and how to use the scooter were as smooth as can be. I am very happy with the service and my mom was very happy with her scooter during this DC trip.

I have to admit I was skeptical about ordering something from the site while we were vacationing in the Bahamas. My mom needed a scooter to get around the resort. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service provided! There was an issue with the battery on the first scooter delivered, and the nice folks at cloud of goods in the Bahamas replaced at the same day. I will definitely be using the service again
