This was a remarkable experience. I had apparently made a mistake when ordering my scooter for Thanksgiving Day at Disney Springs. I thought for a moment I wouldn't be able to get around because of my error. But I was elated to learn that the company which was providing the scooter had a huge heart and made sure I received the machine at my convenience. This was awesome and I am so thankful! Especially on this special day of giving thanks!

Delivery was on time and your representative was polite and helpful. The scooter was a delight to drive and responded as expected. It managed rough terrain and inclines very well. The only negative statement is that it was too heavy for me to lift, even unassembled. This will be the first website I will go to if I am in need of a motorized scooter.
