Upgraded our Wheelchair as it was hard to push and was pleasantly surprised to receive a mobility scooter which was so awesome for my mum to get around. Just remember when ordering a taxi to check that they have a ramp to drive the mobility scooter on. The mobility scooter was a game changer for our trip! Thank you for this! Grateful to our hotel Residence Inn Times Square who allowed us to park it in their reception every night.

Sherrie was delightful and made drop off and pickup up easy and convenient. The scooter itself was just fine, other than the handle wouldn't stay tightened, so it fell down. We told Sherrie.

The scooter arrived when it was promised. It was a heavy duty scooter that I had ordered. It performed flawlessly for 3 days. Was great for getting around the French Quarter.

Great experience and communication! I didn’t think about the drop off at the hotel and that the hotel room was not booked under my name. Thank you for still leaving the scooter despite my failure to communicate that to you. Perhaps someone else may not think about this detail and it might be a question to add to any hotel drop off.
