I was grateful to have the chair when I got to the hotel Sunday night instead of having to wait for Monday morning. I thought I had to sign for it. Now that I know it can be at the hotel before I get there I can adjust my way of thinking. Now for the bad. I had requested to extend from Friday 8-10pm to Saturday morning 8-10 am and the request was approved and my card charged the extra. But I was getting phone calls Friday morning telling me they were coming for the chair at 9 am and 11 am and noon. I will say times are Ish? But I was out of cell service area. I was finally able to talk to one of the callers and he understood it should have been the next day. I almost think someone's clock setting are on India time which seems to be what I experienced- almost like everything was happening 12 hours early. But end result the chair worked out very well for me and I am grateful for your service and telling others so as you appear to be a global provider. Thank you.

Very Easy to schedule. Marcus answered any questions I had while the rental was in my possession. My husband was comfortable in the chair and he said it was easy to use.

Love cloud of goods! When I arrived to my hotel the wheelchair was already delivered and with the front desk staff, when I had to return the wheelchair I had to change the pick up address but cloud of goods was very understanding and picked the wheelchair when I was done using it. The chair was in great condition and worked great and made my vacation in New Jersey so much better.

It was different than what was pictured. It would have been helpful to know how much lower the seat is in that particular model that folds side to side. We would have rented a cushion also if we had known. it was difficult to get out of the chair for a tall person.

I was satisfied with the rental. The left arm on the chair had a tear in the foam rubber. I want you to know, that I did not do that. I did repair it with some blue tape just so it would not tear more. Other than that. I enjoyed using the chair and would definitely call you again. Should the need arise? Sincerely, Elaine M Cuomo
