Service was great. Easy to arrange. Being as rental was not picked up between 10-12 and not picked up till evening we would have been able to use it when we got back from our outing at 3. Would have appreciated a text letting us know it would be evening.

Great customer service. Ultra light power chair was exactly as described on the Clouds of Goods website. The delivery partner ensured the power chair was waiting for me at the hotel for my arrival. Great communication also to confirm delivery and pickup. I would definitely book through Cloud of Goods for my next visit to the US.

Great time with chair. Had some difficulty backing out of elevators, and going up some curbs in street. Otherwise great experience. Will rent again.
