The rental went off without a hitch. My husband had a hard time operating the joy stick, but that isn't the fault of the chair! We need to give him driving lessons! I just walked along side and operated it for him. The only time that was a problem is if I had to follow him. Is it possible the joystick could work off the chair? then I could hold it while he was ahead of me and I could "drive".

Thank you! Had an injury and couldn’t walk . Ordered this motorized wheelchair and got everywhere I needed to go! Small trips from the couch to the kitchen. Cruzed thru alamaona mall as well for several hours never lost power and was able to maneuver in small spaces or go super fast across a vast space. I must say it as fun!! I’ll miss mister wheels!!!

My wheelchair broke right before a trip, booked this rental and it turned out great! Chair was clean, in good condition, battery lasted very long distances and very portable. No issues with the chair. Very communicative & responds fast regarding any questions. This rental was great and saved my vacation! So happy with how smoothly the rental process was! The seat is a little uncomfortable, but I added a cushion and it worked out fine!

Josh was nothing short of amazing during this experience. I had great communication. The chair was delivered on time and picked up and it was the best investment I feel like I’ve made this whole year being able to enjoy the event and not being in pain from the long hours of walking was well worth the money I paid for four days was less than $200. I would definitely use this company every year.

Incredibly grateful to our representative, Marcos Martin and to our CSRs who helped set up our pick up and drop off. In spite of how in demand and busy the services were during our out of town stay in the city, Cloud of Goods was able to accommodate us with a fully charged, clean electric wheelchair that was personally delivered to our hotel reception. Marcos was available the entire stay should we have needed support or to answer any questions and we communicated drop off and pick up seamlessly. I cannot convey how much this service helped us last week. Traveling with mobility issues can be incredibly difficult and Marcos (and the team) provided the gift of movement and ease. That is priceless. Our group would and will use this service again without hesitation. Thank you!!
