Great time with chair. Had some difficulty backing out of elevators, and going up some curbs in street. Otherwise great experience. Will rent again.

While the electric wheelchair didn't work for my husband due to his type of paralysis, the service was very good.

The service was perfect, just like when I used it in February 2025. 10/10 would recommend.

Chair was delivered and picked up with no hassle and smoothly. Chair worked well but condition was a bit old and can use a little more cleaning. overall pretty good experience.

Friendly and helpful staff. The power chair let me cruise to Alaska and not have to stay in my room!
