Absolutely wonderful! They delivered my equipment promptly, accommodated a change of pickup location without issue, and updated me of delivery/pickup via text. Will definitely rent from them again when we’re in town.

This was an amazing service. To have this chair dropped off to us saved us so much hassle. This aloud my dad to see so much of Vegas he otherwise wouldn't have been able to see. The drivers were on time for both pick up and delivery. They were both kind and personable. Showed us how to use the chair on pick up. If I was in vegas again I would be using them hands down!

I did not like that I had to leave the Disney Gran California Hotel property to meet someone at the intersection near the hotel to pick up the wheelchair. The drop off went better, as the company personnel came to the entrance of the hotel. I am on vacation and I should not have to worry about the time and leaving the property to pick up the wheelchair.

This was the first time, but, I felt that you take pride in taking care of your customer needs. the chair was delivered just before we arrived - I just had some confusion on the text msg received when the chair had to go back to warehouse because of a broken wheel, the msg didn't specify the date it would arrive at hotel, so I mistook it for being delivered the next day but, it arrived on time - so THANK YOU! It would have been a little difficult if it arrived a day later.

Incredibly easy online ordering with accurate delivery and pick up from Vegas casino. Equipment was well maintained with no issues. Would most certainly rent from them again

It was an easy process to rent the equipment and I liked the step by step communication the company provided with regards to the where to pick up and leave the equipment. It made our trip easier to transport our Dad with an electric scooter around the hotel and a manual wheelchair for going in and out if taxi's. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism and affordability and the equipment was well maintained.
