Great experience with renting a wheelchair. They were very communicative. They called me the day before to confirm when they were going to be delivering the wheelchair as well as the day of pick up. Chair was in good condition and lightweight. We were very very pleased.

A good experience including good responses on a slight issue with the wheelchair. It was let down by receiving a phone call at 1am UK time to let me know that the wheelchair had yet to be collected and that I wouldn’t be charged for that. Firstly I didn’t need to know that especially at 1am in the morning and I certainly wouldn’t expect to pay. The lady who called did apologise.
