Mahalo nui loa! My wife and I were on Oahu from the Big Island (Kona) and we were walking to lunch when she stepped off the curb and rolled her ankle bad enough that it fractured one of her ankle bones. The prompt service and wheel chair totally made our Pearl Harbour experience doable and enjoyable. Aloha!

Staff was wonderful with helping pick up and drop off of the wheelchair and also communication was spot on. Thank you so much for great customer service and for having these services so i could see my husband graduate basic training.
