The advice from your support staff was excellent and promptly answered after submitting a query. The support team advised me to order a push chair rather than the powered chair ( which I had ordered) due to weather conditions. This was really appreciated and accurately assessed. You also gave me a $ 70 credit. So, yes I am a happy customer and will use you again if I travel again to NYC. The chair was also delivered in the time frame specified. 5 star rating from me. Excellent! Wheelchair was brand new. It was conveniently brought to us on time and left at the guest services desk when we could not be there to get it. texting was a great way to stay in contact! Such a great service.
