Invaluable service. Airline lost my wife's travel chair for a vacation in California and had no idea if or when they would locate it. Found Cloud Goods the evening or our arrival and they had a partner deliver a travel chair rental 12 hours later the next morning. Kept our vacation from being a complete disaster. Easy to communicate with, extremely responsive and fair pricing. A great service!

The chair was exactly what I ordered plus it had a handy bag in the side, perfect for bottled water! The drop off and pick up was great! I hope this service is in other cities!

Quality product and great service. The wheelchair was waiting at the hotel when we arrived, it was solid and dependable for the five days. I left it with the hotel desk at checkout and a couple of hours later received an email confirming it had been picked up. Great!!
