Great customer service in setting up the transport chair rental. Chair was delivered to our hotel within the one hour time window and in excellent condition. Switched our pick up window the day before our pick up date. No one showed or called within that time window. Called to inform and they had a driver to our hotel 25 minutes later. This gave us 5 minutes to spare before leaving for the airport. Only suggestion for improvement would be that any changes are properly documented and communicated to the schedulers and drivers.
