Quality product and great service. The wheelchair was waiting at the hotel when we arrived, it was solid and dependable for the five days. I left it with the hotel desk at checkout and a couple of hours later received an email confirming it had been picked up. Great!!

Rented a wheelchair in Chicago: delivered promptly and as promised; wheelchair in good shape and used without a problem all weekend; pick up was after we had to check out of rental property and no problems with pick up! Thanks, Rhoda - great service and good communication!

Very pleasantly surprised at how communicative and flexible they were. Needed a change in delivery time due to travel delays and had no issues with rebooking a delivery time. Delivery and pickup were very timely. The process was so easy and the quality of the item rented was excellent.
