Invaluable service. Airline lost my wife's travel chair for a vacation in California and had no idea if or when they would locate it. Found Cloud Goods the evening or our arrival and they had a partner deliver a travel chair rental 12 hours later the next morning. Kept our vacation from being a complete disaster. Easy to communicate with, extremely responsive and fair pricing. A great service!
