The wheelchair was at the hotel when we arrived and picked up from hotel when they said it would be. The communication was excellent. The lightweight transported was exactly what we needed. Would highly recommend this company

A transport chair was delivered as scheduled, but it had someone else’s name and a different hotel drop off name. We called and were told to use the transport chair that was delivered.

I was able to get the rental wheelchair sooner than expected. They delivered it on time. The wheelchair was clean, no problems and was just how I expected it to be in size. Great experience and I will use them again the next time we need a wheelchair.
