Everything was as I was told at the time of rental. Wheelchair at the Holiday Inn Desert resort club as requested, and picked up when I called and asked for an early pickup due to circumstances of us having to cut our trip short. Hoping to receive a refund for the days I did not use the wheelchair?

Great company. They don't play any games with you. Our wheelchair was there when they said it would be, and they picked it up when they said. The wheelchair was clean and in top-notch shape, and we had no problems with it or Cloud of Goods' service. This is the second time we have used Cloud of Goods and have been happy with both transactions.

I have not had any problem with ordering or having the wheelchair delivered. The wheelchair is always exactly what we need. I would definitely use your company again and would recommend you to any one that I knew needed to hire a chair.
