My 99 year old Mom and her 97 year old sister came to SF to visit. They met me at the entrance with 2 chairs that fit perfectly in my Prius, waited with the ladies while I parked the car and picked up the chairs elsewhere in SF several days later. Customer service beyond belief, great price point, what more to say?
