Scooter was dropped off at my hotel as promised and then was picked up. The scooter was so convenient to ride from our hotel to Disneyland and then around the park.

Rental needs some parts fixed. Front red shell kept coming off. Also back red by battery was loose

Fantastic. I was called several times about a wheelchair that needed to be fixed but I did not have a wheelchair. I hope the person who did have the wheelchair got it fixed in a timely manner.
