Was specific on location, would have appreciated pick-up/delivery on specified location. Also, was about 1.5 hours delayed for drop off. Though I understand it was a holiday. However, I want to note that the employees that handled the delivery and pick up was very professional and communicated well. I would definitely use service again, and will most likely request it earlier to avoid delays in the future. Thank you for making our vacation easier to transport our son around the park comfortably

Easy drop off and pick up. Good price. Stroller had a tear in the lining by the foot rest, other than that was in great shape and easy to use.
