Very easy to communicate with the rental company and our stroller was perfect! It was so nice that they dropped it off the evening beforehand as well. We did have to pay for an extra day to turn it in the morning when we left but that makes sense. The stroller was clean and exactly what we hoped for! Made the trip in Disneyland all that much easier. Thank you!

We had a wonderful experience. The stroller worked great and was just what we needed for our Disney trip! The rental company was fantastic and worked with us for our pick up and drop off times. I will rent from them again!

Super easy and convenient. The front wheel had some issues and would flop around if we went too fast and then got super squeaky on the second day of use. Our hotel had some WD40 to fix the squeak, and we went on our way. Would do this again. Worth not having to pack a stroller.

Good quality stroller, and was very clean. The only thing that didn't go as planned was that the delivery was late.

The day we got our stroller it was scheduled to be dropped off between 7 and 730. I got a call around 530 saying he would be there in 15 min. I left a dinner reservation to meet him at the hotel for pickup. He ended up taking an additional 20 min, causing me to miss our dinner altogether.
