Received great service from the customer service assistor when I made changes to my original order. Changes were made without any problems. Scooter was at hotel when I arrived. Had a problem with scooter not working one evening; called Cloud of Goods for assistance; assistor gave me directions on how to reset the scooter, which I did. Scooter then worked okay. Had another day when scooter didn't work; this time I knew about resetting it; scooter worked just fine once I reset it again. I would use Cloud of Goods for a future rental. Thank you!

The reservation, delivery and pickup were great, the scooter was in rough shape when I got it. Both front fenders were cracked, and some of the non skid was missing. Some people treat these aweso.e tools like crap... I love Cloud of Goods

The only issue we had was that the scooters did not hold the charge very long. We kept having to go and charge them. Have not had to do that before. Maybe the batteries were old. Otherwise all good.
