The service and customer experience were wonderful and went exactly as expected. The only reason this isn’t a 5 star review is the equipment. We had an older scooter with an unreliable battery indicator. The light would go from showing fully charged to half battery then jump back to 3/4 battery. This caused us to adjust our park plans both days and go back to the hotel mid-day to recharge the scooter. Overall great service. Will definitely use again.

After having knee surgery, I was worried about getting our NYC during an upcoming work trip. When I found Cloud of Goods and had the weight lifted off my chest knowing that a scooter was to be delivered and picked up at my hotel AND I would have the freedom to move about in the city, I couldn't wait to get there. My coworkers and I agree - having the scooter was the best part of our trip!

Very convenient! Delivered to hotel and picked up on time 3 days later. Happy with cost and service and the scooter was in great condition and performed well. I will definitely recommend and use again.
