The renting experience was great EXCEPT for the learning curve on assembling and disassembling. A laminated instruction card included with chair would be great!

It was great - there was no charge for drop off or pick up. It was there on time; it worked well. Staff were courteous and helpful.

Very pleasant, helpful, and acommodating when we needed to change the time of pickup. Would have given excellent but no call received to advise of late dropoff.

Scooter ran great, however it was an older beat up unit. Missing rear panel and broken floor panel. Arm rests worn so badly I had to remove them during my rental. Great company to work with, but they need to upgrade their equipment.

We had an excellent experience. However, it would have been very helpful if directions were included or a website on how to take the scooter apart for transport. Otherwise, we would have given 5 stars.

Pick up and drop off could not have been easier, and the battery life left me feeling like I could keep up with my family. I'm not too tall, but I could have used a little more leg room. Thank you for making our trip so memorable.

Hi, I was told that I would be notified by text when the mobile was dropped off. It arrived the night I ordered it but received the notification the following day in the morning, after I had called the front desk at 7am if it was there. I love the convenience of the drop-off and pick up and it’s speed. The only drawback was when I backed up it didn’t have a back up sound, while the horn itself barely was heard. Other than those, I would gladly use the services again in the future.
