Good communication that my order was received. I cancelled the order via email. I reserved thru another company only to get an ea I’ll the next day saying it was not available. I once again requested from Cloud of Goods. I appreciated the communication that it may not be available rather than letting me think I had reserved. I will use again.

The rental process was problem free. The only thing is the model did not fold. It was a little harder to gain transportation to other locations (not on the strip or near the resort) without waiting for a taxi with disability features. The drop off and pick up process was great. The scooter itself was very nice and a great price. This is a great company.

The second scooter was better equipped for the terrain and for my mom she felt more confident. Kimberly was customer service focused and worked around our schedule.

We loved that it was so easy but the company that accepted our rental was LATE dropping off the scooter and could have called or texted and didn’t. That was frustrating but once we had it it was great to have drop off and pick up included in the price
