The process for renting was very straightforward. We had a couple of minor issues regarding drop-off/pick-up times but that was due to my parties arrival and departure times to/from the rental. Ashlie came on board with the 2nd rental request after the 1st could not accommodate us. She is friendly, attentive, kind and understanding. I highly recommend using this service.

Jodie and her husband Martin delivered all the baby furniture right on time - and even assembled everything for us. Very friendly and nice people. We would rent things from them again!

A seamless process and great, great communication along the way. Love that we could communicate via text, made it so easy to ask questions and extend an extra day. Will happily use again!
