Equipment in great condition. Friendly and courteous. Great communication. On time & professional. The scooter rental really helped our Daughter. She’s had 3 knee surgeries so walking long distances is hard on her. she was able to get out and enjoy her Hawaiian vacation.

The service was very accommodating when I ordered the ultra light mobility scooter on the wrong date. It was arranged for me to be able to pick it up which was really appreciated. We were given instructions on breaking the item down to be placed back in the car after use. A good item to have with mobility issuess.

The scooter was excellent. I thought I would need it to go shopping etc however I just used it to go to & from the lobby. I didn't use or need the extra battery at all. unfortunately I left the charging cord in my room when I left. I tried & tried to have the hotel look for it. I don't know if they found it & returned it to you? overall my experience was excellent. Thank you Janet Roberts
