we rented a scooter for my mom while we were in Vegas, delivery of scooter was a breeze and delivery driver met us at the hotel— making our vacation hassle free! scooter worked great and held a great charge all day, even after heavy use! drop off was a breeze!! i left it with the bell hop desk and texted the delivery driver when we left it!! highly recommended using this company for all your mobility needs on next vacation!

My kiddo had surgery, we would have never been able to get around Universal without the EVC. Cloud of goods made it so easy!! If you think you need a second battery, you do not! Battery life was fantastic!
