A very nice and knowledgeable guy. It was difficult to confirm with him where it would be dropped off. Once communication was established it went okay. The scooter died around 5 p.m. We used the charger and it indicated full charge (all green). It died again at 8 p.m. causing me to miss the fireworks with my family.

I had to order a scooter at the last minute for my mother the day we were going to Epcot. Dayvid was quick to respond. It was delivered to our resort within a couple of hours. Unfortunately, we did not receive the heavy duty scooter that I ordered, but the light scooter we got did the job. We needed to adjust the pick up time on the last day and he was very accommodating.

Excellent experience would definitely rent from this company again Thanks to the delivery guy all problems were solved. Had some trouble with getting the extra battery I had paid for and then had a problem getting the batteries to take a charge but thanks to the delivery guy all problems were resolved
