Wow! What a wonderful idea experience. I made several changes to my reservations prior to my trip and they were handled so easily and graciously by the agent. When we arrived, Don, was there waiting for us. What a wonderful man! So concerned about our satisfaction with the item and also showed genuine concern for us, two old ladies who were on their first adventure together. Don showed his true spirit of Aloha and Ohana! We will always be glad we found him and Cloud of Goods!

AMAZING! Appreciated the personal touch with direct communication from beginning to end...somewhat of a rarity these days! My husband has Parkinson's and the 2 in 1 rollator/wheelchair was perfect! He used the rollator mode when feeling up to it and changed to the wheelchair mode when needed. He didn't feel like a burden to the family. Thank you Clouds of Goods! Highly recommend!

Don was amazing! Our equipment was waiting at our condo when we arrived. When we had equipment problems mid-week, Don had a replacement for us same day. At the end of our trip it was hassel-free returns. A smooth and stress-free expereince. Thank you!
