Kim was wonderful having my scooter ready for me at the hotel at the concierge desk!! She even texted the next day to make sure the scooter was working well!! The last Day, I had ignition issues getting the scooter to turn on, but Wade at the concierge desk gave me a new scooter in replacement! I notified Kim that the ignition was malfunctioning but the Wade gave me a New Scooter to return before our flight home which we did!! Thank you so much and we will definitely use Cloud of Goods and Kim again!! It was a pleasure!!!
