The scooter was waiting for us when we arrived, as promised. It was easy to break down & load into the SUV. The battery ran down so quickly on the first day that we cut short our museum visit and I had to push my husband back to the parking garage. I contacted Peter & he delivered a new battery that same night—he was very concerned & apologetic & even provided a backup battery. We cruised through the remainder of the week with no issues at all, much to the delight of my husband, who would not have been able to enjoy Philadelphia without mobility assistance. We will definitely use Cloud of Goods the next time we plan an urban vacation. Kudos to Peter for providing such excellent customer service!
