We didn't realize ahead of time that we would need a wheelchair, and so had to request one at the last minute - Cloud of Goods had a wheelchair to us the day we ordered it, and their whole process was seamless. Our vacation wasn't interrupted even to meet the deliverer, who dropped it off at the bell check station in the hotel and sent me a photo of the claim ticket - so it was there when I needed it. Same process when it had to be picked up after I left of the airport. Thank you all so much for helping to make our vacation as enjoyable as possible!
