I inadvertently left a 2 star rating but I meant to leave 5 stars. Renting a wheelchair for my mom’s visit to Orlando from Cloud of Goods was a very positive experience. The chair was dropped off on time and they were gracious enough to extend my reservation for one extra day at no charge. The company was very easy to work with and the communication was excellent. I will definitely use Cloud of Goods again.
