Overall the experience was good. Chris went over and beyond to help us navigate our first time in a mobility scooter rental. Without him we would have been lost and had lost our ability to go on the bike our we needed the scooter for! He was patient, helpful, kind and very knowledgeable about the venue and all the ins and outs of the full campus! That saved us valuable time and put us back on schedule. We couldn’t have tolerated the mixup we experienced without his guidance and understanding of our experience. We owe him a huge debt of gratitude!
