Despite a few hiccups in the beginning of booking, the company was true to their name. The mobility scooter was in excellent condition and very easy to use. It was there when I arrived and when I left, I received an email upon pick up. Pretty seamless. I had an issue where the scooter would not move, called the help number, worked it out quickly with a battery reset and off I went, zippity doo dah for the week. Thank you Cloud of Goods!
