Received great service from the customer service assistor when I made changes to my original order. Changes were made without any problems. Scooter was at hotel when I arrived. Had a problem with scooter not working one evening; called Cloud of Goods for assistance; assistor gave me directions on how to reset the scooter, which I did. Scooter then worked okay. Had another day when scooter didn't work; this time I knew about resetting it; scooter worked just fine once I reset it again. I would use Cloud of Goods for a future rental. Thank you!

I liked that it was delivered the evening before we arrived but the condition of the scooter was poor. The back up beeper didn't work, the front headlight didn't work, the arm rests had holes. I paid a decent amount of money and I don't agree that what I got was what I paid for. I don't think I will use your service next October when we return to Las Vegas for a wedding.

The mobility scooter i had booked was delivered to our resort as scheduled, as was the pick up. We were given the opportunity to extend the rental period but that wasn't necessary for us.

The reservation, delivery and pickup were great, the scooter was in rough shape when I got it. Both front fenders were cracked, and some of the non skid was missing. Some people treat these aweso.e tools like crap... I love Cloud of Goods

Amazing experience, i was able to enjoy everything w/my family. I did keep charger w/me & was thankful because I did have to park and charge during shows in vegas. (we did lots on the strip) agent dropoed and picked up from bell hop.
