Excellent customer service as far as arrival of scooter and also when scooter was picked up at the end of the rental period Only thing questionable was not having a charger for the scooter. Was told battery was fully charged and would get me thru my 4 day rental - And it did !! So in the end I was very happy with the service - Thank you

It went well, and it helped us a lot. Was easy to move around. The handle to tighten handle bar should be replaced hurts hand to tighten. The battery seems to not last long. We’ve had scooters for a long time and it doesn’t seem to last long. But over all the scooter was a needed big help. Thanks

First time on a scooter. It was great, except for having to dodge pedestrians! So much freedom to come and go. Working with armie was so easy. He was always available and accommodating. Will certainly use Cloud next time in Vegas.
