While delivering the wheel chair was later than agreed, I was glad it was delivered. Setting expectations for delivery should be done early if later than agreed on. Chair worked as expected and was in good order.

My delivery was amazing! Traffic was causing a delay and they went out of their way to meet me at Pearl Harbor so we would've able to go in our tour on time. My child was comfortable and was actually able to enjoy the day comfortably in a wheelchair than using crutches.

This is a Great service for those traveling. I never even thought this was an option. I loved how easy it was to rent a rollator walker for my vacation in Hawaii. This was wonderful that I didn't have to figure out how to get my walker to where I was vacationing. I just made the reservation and they brought my walker to my hotel and picked it up at a different hotel. Easy peasey. Great customer service too. I will definitely use Cloud of Goods next time I need any medical equipment on vacation.
